These are two powerful tools that can help you organize all the tasks involved in selling your home. Please note that there is also a download for DIY staging your home. This is a powerful tool to have when wanting to get top dollar. Bunny pillows as I call them, make a home look stylish, yet warm and inviting.   3. Marketing the property is just as important as getting it ready. As your agent I will give your home maximum exposure. Not only will it be listed on the MLS but as a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agent your home will be put in ads and have even more exposure than other properties. I also have a high following on Instagram, Pinterest and other social media which will give high exposure to different audiences.
